Re: Defence argues Meng arrest was unlawful, Sept. 24

The photo of Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou leaving her palatial estate dressed to the nines to appear for a court hearing in Vancouver is somewhat a tad different than Canadians Michael Spavor and Michael Kovrig who were detained shortly after Meng was arrested on Dec. 1.

While she’s been in her Vancouver home, they’ve languished in Chinese prison cells likely only hauled out to regularly undergo interrogation by that rogue state’s authorities.

Perhaps if Meng was also placed in similar quarters, Beijing would sit up and take notice.
