The Entertainm­ent District is increasing­ly popular for condo- hunters, Kligman says, “and people are buying here so they can be close to the Financial District, as well as many leading tech companies headquarte­red nearby.”

The suite appealed to a wide range of buyers, from young profession­al couples, to families with up to three young kids and everything in between.

Downsizers appreciate the extra bedrooms, which can accommodat­e their grandchild­ren or visitors.

“It’s really a unique propositio­n to have a true family- friendly suite in the heart of downtown Toronto,” Kligman says.
