There was about one showing a day, multiple inquiries and multiple offers to purchase this 1,220- square- foot suite. It appealed mostly to young professionals working in the downtown core, says listing agent Baron Alloway.

“Panoramic harbour views and a gorgeous southern exposure allow you to recharge in an oasis while minimizing the commute to work. It’s less than a 10- minute walk to Union Station.”

In addition to a prime location, potential buyers liked the full renovation, which took the original layout and rotated the kitchen countertop and island by 90 degrees, he says. “This expanded the amount of living space and facilitated the flow between rooms.”
