Given the $ 7.5- million price tag, this suite was not sold with multiple offers. However there was a lot of expressed interest, says listing agent Michael Mclachlan.
“There is a significant gap in the marketplace for suites of this size and buildings of this quality. For that reason, we generated a lot of interest in the suite with very consistent showing activity.”

The building was completed in 2009, he says. “Like many suites in the building (suite 1602) was acquired as raw space from the developer and custom finished by the original owner head to toe….
