Willis in quarantine with ex-wife Moore, daughters
They were married for 13 years, then divorced, and now they’re reunited again — just not in the way you’d expect.
In some of the more eye- catching celebrity news to emerge from the COVID- 19 crisis, it seems Bruce Willis and Demi Moore are in virus quarantine with their three daughters and at least some of their daughters’ partners — but Willis’ current wife is nowhere to be seen.
Moore, 57, has three daughters with Willis from their 1987- 2000 marriage: Rumer, 31, Scout, 28, and Tallulah, 26.
In 2009, Willis, 65, married Emma Heming Willis, 41, and they have two daughters of their own: Mabel, 8, and Evelyn, 5.
Willis and Moore remained friends and now it seems the exes are riding out the pandemic as a happy, reunited family. Since heading into self- isolation, they’ve used social media to post images showing off their activities.
In one post, Moore put up a shot of herself, her daughters and Scout’s boyfriend as they sat looking at old family photos.
“Quarantine crew … working on a family photo project” she wrote.
The actress has also posted photos of the group having singalongs.
And although Emma Heming Willis and Willis’ two daughters with Emma don’t appear to be included in the party — at least from the posted snaps — she doesn’t seem to mind.
When Tallulah posted a photo of Moore and Willis in green pyjamas, Emma wrote in the comments under the post: “Not many can pull that colour off! Looking good squad.”
“Family bonding at its finest, miss you guys,” she commented under a different post.
At first glance it may seem a slightly odd arrangement, but according to a report in People, Moore, in her memoir, wrote of her divorce from Willis:
The divorce “wasn’t easy at first,” she wrote, “but we managed to move the heart of our relationship, the heart of what created our family, into something new that gave the girls a loving, supportive environment with both parents. We felt more connected than we did before the divorce.”
