Fear of two-tier medicine tacitly assumes that tier one (public) is inferior to tier two (private). Who would choose an option which is inferior? It is sad we now have a judiciary that lacks independent thinking. your editorial writer in two columns has more credible argument than the apologist 600-page judgment by a learned judge.
