How far from the U.S. are the farthest absentee voters?

Four hundred kilometres above Earth may not technicall­y be the farthest, but it’s not the first place you’d think would have absentee voting. Three American NASA astronauts launching Oct. 31 on Spacex’s first operationa­l Crew Dragon mission plan to vote in the presidenti­al election from the Internatio­nal Space Station. They will fill out a PDF file aboard the ISS and email it to elections officials.
