Larry King in hospital battling COVID-19

-

Broadcaster Larry King reportedly rang in 2021 in hospital, battling COVID-19. The former CNN host has been under doctors’ care in Los Angeles for 10 days and has not been allowed any visitors. King’s estranged wife, Shawn King, and their two sons are said to be in constant contact with medics to stay up- to- date on his progress. Representatives for King have yet to comment on the news, but it’s the latest health scare for the TV star, who spent his 87th birthday in hospital after requiring treatment for heart-related issues. King, who has Type 2 diabetes, has dealt with several medical issues over the years, including heart attacks and quintuple bypass surgery in 1987. In 2017, King revealed a lung cancer diagnosis and successfully had surgery to treat it.
