BBC teaches the kids
School- aged children in Britain will be able to access hours of curriculum- based learning on TV every day. The BBC said it wanted to “ensure all children can access curriculum- based learning, even if they don’t have access
to the internet.” Bitesize Daily is an hourly show for children aged 11 and up and is broken into 20- minute sections that work for different ages and include “real teachers” delivering “mini lessons.” The BBC’S children brand, CBBC, will have a three- hour block of programming for primary pupils every day, while BBC Two will offer two hours of focused content for older students. British mobile network and broadband operators are removing
data caps.
