SABRES’ DAHLIN ADDED TO COVID-19 PROTOCOL LIST

Buffalo Sabres defenceman Rasmus Dahlin was added to the NHL’S COVID-19 protocol list on Monday. The addition of Dahlin puts the Sabres’ total on the list at nine players and their head coach. He joins forwards Taylor Hall, Tobias Rieder, Dylan Cozens, Curtis Lazar and Casey Mittelstadt, defencemen Rasmus Ristolainen, Brandon Montour and Jake Mccabe as well as coach Ralph Krueger in the protocol. Like his teammates, Dahlin will not be available for practices, travel or games until he is removed from the list. The NHL announced last week that all Sabres games and activities would be postponed through at least Monday. Buffalo’s next game is slated for Thursday against the visiting Washington Capitals.
