The idea that in a free society we would have an “Office of disinformation” (i.e., a ministry of truth) run by “clinical disinformation experts” is utterly shocking and outrageous. The authors of this article have obviously never read George Orwell’s 1984. I suggest they do. The way to combat bad ideas is not to ban them, but to demolish them with better ideas.
