THREE THINGS

1. Parkland abounds around Perch. As well as being home to walking and cycling trails, picnic areas and an off-leash dog area, Colonel Danforth Park connects to Lower Highland Creek Park, which in turn gives way to the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail.

2. The fast-growing Uoft Scarborough campus is a 15-minute walk northwest of Perch, while Centennial College is 20 minutes west by bicycle.

3. Residents commuting downtown can catch GO and VIA trains at the nearby Guildwood or Rouge Hill stations.
