The sellers, who have owned this suite since they bought it from the developer of the 133 Hazelton Residences in 2015, are “consolidating upsizers,” says listing agent Michael Hamnett.

“They owned two units in the building, (one for their kids when they visited from out of town). … The pandemic made them realize they wanted more space so everyone can be under one roof together.”
