The 25x78-foot corner lot (“a holy grail in this part of The Annex”) and the light are among the many features that make this detached Victorian home special, says listing agent Rosanne Agasee. “The windows are large, south and west facing, and the light is extraordinary. Another talking point for the new owners: “The house was previously owned, two separate times, by two very famous Canadian artists, both of whom have important works in major Canadian museums/galleries. The previous owner has art in the National Gallery in Ottawa. He still comes by the house each spring to paint the cherry blossom trees at the side of the house.”
