Q What legendary cabaret club says the show is over?

-

A London's iconic Cafe de Paris has finally been beaten by COVID-19. The cabaret club will close for good after 96 years. Cafe de Paris was a symbol of the West End, opening in 1924 and hosting the likes of Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland and Noel Coward. Edward VIII was a regular in the 1920s — and it survived the Blitz. The closing has furthered concerns that COVID may have ended the West End's glory days for good.
