Black Sabbath `guided' by fifth member

Black Sabbath always suspected they were “guided” by an otherworldly presence throughout their career. Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward were often subjected to strange coincidences. Guitarist Iommi said: “We always felt there was a fifth member overlooking us and guiding us when we were together. We'd refer to (it) as being the over-self or the fifth member. It seemed very real and there to us.”
