HANKS GETS MORE KUDOS FOR BEING THE BEST

Tom Hanks cried off camera on the set of News Of The World to help his 12-yearold co-star get emotional onscreen. He portrays American Civil War veteran Captain Jefferson Kyle Kidd in the film, in which he helps a young girl return home to her remaining family. Actor Helena Zengel plays the girl: “He cried in every scene that I should get emotional. Doing it again and again for your partner … was really amazing and great.”
