$23 million

-

Twenty-three million dollars, the listing price for Wayne Gretzky's mansion in southern California. The hockey legend had the home built after he retired in 1999, and lived in it with his family from 2002 until 2007. He then sold it and moved to Arizona, where Gretzky coached the Phoenix Coyotes. He bought it back after the new owner, retired baseball star Lenny Dykstra, declared bankruptcy. The Gretzkys have put millions of dollars into renovating it, says their listing agent. They decided to sell to move to West Palm Beach to be closer to their grandchildren, the Wall Street Journal reported.
