BRAGG GAMING GROUP ADDS INDUSTRY VETERAN TO BOARD
Toronto-based gaming technology provider Bragg Gaming Group Inc. has made the third addition to its board of directors in a little under six months, announcing the appointment of gaming industry veteran Lara Falzon last week. Bragg CEO Adam Arviv touted Falzon's experience — she is the operational CFO of NetEnt and also CFO of casino software provider Red Tiger Gaming — in a release. “Her financial experience in the gaming sector is unmatched in the industry and will be very valuable as we continue our global growth strategy,” Arviv said. Last month, Paul Godfrey, founder and chairman of Postmedia Network Canada Corp., which publishes the Financial Post, joined the board as well. Bragg shares traded as high as $3.17 on Tuesday and have more than doubled in value this year.
