I’ve been a type 2 diabetic for over 10 years. Initially, I controlled my blood sugar (BS) with exercise, but over time, I relied more and more on medications to control it. I started with one, then two and then three different medications and yet the BS was still above 7. If I don’t act now, here are some health risks I could face: heart disease and a higher risk for heart attack and stoke; eye and vision problems, including blindness; kidney disease that can lead to kidney failure; nerve damage that can cause tingling and pain in the hands and feet; dental problems; infections and possibly amputations due to infections in the feet. Thanks to Ideal Protein, I was able to lose weight and changed my eating habits. Currently, I have stopped all my three medications for over a month and my BS is below 7 while keeping my weight off. Why and how does the Ideal Protein program work? It’s medically developed and supervised; it’s proteins are 95% absorbable; it protects muscle while burning fat. The results are predictable. repeatable and measurable, has a beginning and an end and it resets the body to keep the weight off.
