Open­ing my first health club, Bal­ance Fit­ness, al­most 18 years ago.

What is your weight loss se­cret?

No carbs at night. Drink a lot of wa­ter and limit your al­co­hol.

What is you favourite cheat food? Haa­gen Dazs plain vanilla ice cream.

Who is your fit­ness idol?

Terry O’Mal­ley. Friend, en­tre­pre­neur, busi­ness in­no­va­tor. He is al­most 80 and he has not missed a day of phys­i­cal ac­tiv­ity in 40 years.

Your favourite mo­ti­va­tional quote?

What is your go to pump up song?

Fight Song by Rachel Plat­ten.

Burpees — love them or hate them?

Love them! I can’t get enough of them!

What is your favourite work­out gear?

My Lu­l­uLe­mon sil­ver essence t-shirt - that never smells!

What is your num­ber one tip for first timers in your class?

I’m not in­ter­ested in how many you do. I’m in­ter­ested in how well you do them. It’s form over func­tion.
