Try not to com­pare your­self to oth­ers. Do your per­sonal best and work within your own abil­ity! En­joy mov­ing!

What is your favourite work­out gear?

Paula loves her Alo Yoga. And Vlad loves his shoes aka kicks - 120 pairs and count­ing!

What is your favourite cheat food?

Paula loves donuts, just no top­pings on them! And Vlad loves gourmet pizza.

What is your go to pump up song?

Any #1 hits remixed.

Burpees - love them or hate them?

Yes, they have a place! Most peo­ple need to work up to it. Love them for healthy backs and mo­bile hips - just not for ev­ery­day!

What is your weight loss se­cret?

Don’t eat lunch be­cause it’s noon. Peo­ple have lost touch with when they are hun­gry! Eat be­cause your body tells you it’s hun­gry. And be sure to eat tons of greens!

Who is your fit­ness idol?

Paula is all about Madonna - strike a pose! While Vlad is a big fan of Ge­orge St. Pierre.

Your proud­est mo­ment as a trainer:

We both have our in­di­vid­ual tri­umphs - for Paula it is be­ing a Pro Fit­ness World Cham­pion and for Vlad it is earn­ing his brown belt in Jiu Jitsu. But for us both, we are proud­est when we see our mem­bers en­joy and ded­i­cate them­selves by in­clud­ing fit­ness and well­ness into their daily habits.
