A merry market and more at the Brick Works

North York Post - - Gift Guide -

With the dawn of frigid temps comes the question: wherever shall we go to play? Fortunately, the Evergreen Brick Works has the answer with their Winter Village. Every weekend beginning Saturday, Dec. 2, this free event provides a proper to-do list of winter activities for those unwilling to sit indoors. Visitors feeling active can hop on a fat bike and wend their way through the Don Valley trails or participate in some street curling on a synthetic ice rink. The more lethargically inclined can go wild with a board game session or huddle round campfires while roasting some s’mores. Anyone looking to pick up some crafty gifts that embrace an Ontario-made ethos can check out the Etsy market, which pops up every Sunday. Come one and come all!

ONE OF A KIND CRAFTS Winter Village visitors can tuck into the Etsy holiday market to find some trinkets and treasures.
