Alleged impaired driver arrested in Parsons Pond
A 27-year-old man pulled over by police in Parsons Pond on Sunday, July 29 was allegedly impaired.
The man was brought to Deer Lake and provided breath samples almost three times the legal limit, according to a release from the RCMP.
The vehicle was impounded for 30 days and a seven-day licence suspension was issued.
The driver was released and is facing charges of impaired operation of a motor vehicle and impaired operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in the blood.
The man will return to court in November.
