Port au Choix - The Christ­mas Tree is up at the town of­fice but they need a lit­tle help with dec­o­rat­ing it. The town is call­ing out to all chil­dren in the area to bring in an or­na­ment (home­made ones would be nice) to place on the tree. Any­one who brings in an or­na­ment will have their name en­tered for a prize draw. Draw will take place Dec. 21. Let the kids have some fun and add some newer dec­o­ra­tions to the tree!



St. An­thony – St. An­thony and Area Men­tal Health Peer Sup­port Group takes placed ev­ery Sun­day, 7:30 p.m., at Kerry M. Fil­la­tre Fu­neral Home, St. An­thony.



St. An­thony - Mon­day after­noons at 1:30 p.m. there is a low im­pact ex­er­cise class held at the Angli­can Church base­ment. All are wel­come. Cost is $2. Come have some fun in a very re­laxed at­mos­phere and fun peo­ple to chat with. THURS­DAYS

Port Saun­ders - The Town of Port Saun­ders in part­ner­ship with lo­cal RCMP are in the process of open­ing a new Youth Cen­ter in the Port Saun­ders Town Cen­ter (old Ron­calli High). To al­le­vi­ate costs as­so­ci­ated with get­ting this much-needed ven­ture off the ground, they are look­ing for the sup­port of sur­round­ing com­mu­ni­ties in the form of ma­te­rial/ fi­nan­cial dona­tions as fund­ing alone will not ad­e­quately cover all they would like to of­fer youth. Any ma­te­rial/fi­nan­cial dona­tions will be gra­ciously ac­cepted. Thank you in ad­vance for any­thing you may be able to as­sist with. Your sup­port is greatly ap­pre­ci­ated.
