Less snap, crackle and pop in the box
Reckon there’s less cereal in your cereal box these days? You’re right. Kellogg Co. has cut the box size of six of its cereals, including Froot Loops and Corn Pops, effectively raising prices for the second time this year as it tries to cope with soaring grain and energy costs. The smaller boxes began heading to stores June 2. Rival General Mills Inc. reduced the size of its boxes last year.
