Con­grat­u­la­tions to Bernie Far­ber for his nos­tal­gic opin­ion piece. How re­fresh­ing it is to read a proChrist­mas opin­ion in this era when “the hol­i­days” seem to be re­plac­ing Christ­mas.

The fact that Far­ber is Jewish adds to the irony of his piece, when po­lit­i­cal cor­rect­ness is quickly ban­ish­ing the word “Christ­mas” from our pub­lic vo­cab­u­lary.
