Author Chris Nihmey will hold a book signing at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nihmey is a volunteer at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre and a writing mentor with residents, and is putting together a soonto-be-published anthology of their works. In April, he released his book, Two Sides to the Story: Living a Lie, a memoir about his battle with mental illness. Info: chrisnihmey.com
