❚ Raymond Desjardins, a longtime tourism industry promoter and community activist
❚ Patrick Dion, a government relations professional with Greenbridge Consulting Group
❚ Tony Diteodoro, blues guitarist
and songwriter
❚ Ginette Gratton, a television producer and host, and advocate for local francophones
❚ Scott Heggart, a homosexual athlete known for his campaigns on behalf of youth
❚ Peter Honeywell, a visual artist and longtime arts activist
❚ Mark Monahan, founder of
Ottawa Bluesfest
❚ Carl Nicholson, the executive director of the Catholic Centre for Immigrants Ottawa
❚ Pinchas Zukerman, the longtime music director of the National Arts Centre Orchestra Besides this group, Earle Morris, the well-known curling skip, will receive the Brian Kilrea Award for Excellence in Coaching for his “significant contributions to curling.”
