At the end of the busiest year for visual arts that I’ve yet seen in Ottawa, it’s no surprise that there’s a stocking-full of art sales geared toward gift-giving. So let’s get straight to the facts of a few seasonal exhibition­s, in no particular order ...

What: Limited Editions. A fundraiser for Gallery 101, an artist-run location in Centretown. Multiples of pieces of art and craft, including photos, prints, textiles and objects, will be available during the one-night event. g101.ca/events

Students, teachers and local artists create works in a variety of media and styles, and proceeds support the art bursary program.
