What an eyes surprise

Word from Stila is that its Smudge Stick Waterproof Eyeliner is now available in an array of matte, shimmer and pop hues that hold tight. It’s made with a cocktail of moisturizing ingredients, including vitamin E. The “colour glides on smooth (no tugging or pulling) in a waterproof formula that won’t budge or fade.”

Our tester tried Midnight Green and found it not only complements her hazel green eyes, but the application is just as Stila claims. It glides on effortlessly and wears all day (and all night if you don’t sleep or cleanse your face) and is definitely waterproof.
