Miles signs with Eskimos

-

Ottawa Redblacks receiver Wallace Miles, who tied for the team lead in touchdowns and was second in receptions and receiving yards last season, has signed with the Edmonton Eskimos. The 25-yearold free agent had been selected by the Redblacks from the roster of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the 2013 expansion draft. He caught 50 passes for 732 yards and four touchdowns for the Redblacks, who have signed receivers three free agent receivers this week — Ernest Jackson, Brad Sinopoli and Greg Ellingson. Miles is the second former Redblack to sing with another CFL club. On Tuesday, offensive lineman Alex Krausnick rejoined the Eskimos, with whom he had played before Ottawa claimed him in the expansion draft. The Redblacks announced Thursday that their 2015 spring mini-camp would take place at TD Place on April 27 to 29.
