Police seek teen girl missing since Feb. 11

Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating Claudia Cochrane, 15, of Ottawa who was last seen at about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Draper Avenue area. She is described as Caucasian, five-feet-two-inches (157 cm) tall with long brown hair, brown eyes, fair skin and a slim build. She has a lower right lip piercing and a septum piercing. Police say she is known to frequent the downtown area, Nepean and Orléans and say there are concerns for her safety.
