Henderson tied at 22th overall
Brooke Henderson of Smiths Falls sits at 3-under at the midway point of the Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic being played in Prattville, Ala. Henderson, the 17-year-old phenom who earned full-playing status on the LPGA Tour following her win in Portland, Ore. a couple of weeks ago, had four birdies mixed in with two bogeys in her round of 2-under 70 Friday following her opening round of 71 on Thursday. Her 36-hole score of 141 had her in a five-way tie for 22nd overall. Hamilton’s Alena Sharp sits at 1-under 143.
