Helping With Furniture is a

non-profit organization helping refugees begin their life in Ottawa. Each Wednesday evening, a group of volunteers picks up gently used furniture and household items from donors, and delivers to families in need of a place to sit, eat, and sleep for many months. Since 2005, HWF has moved over 950 families from 79 different countries. They need a co-ordinator to manage new volunteer recruitment, maintain a database, and expand the training program.
