SATURDAY:

Noon: “A taste of Trinidad & Tobago” (Curried Shrimp with Tamarind-Rum Sauce and Hibiscus Drink), by Resa Solomon-St. Lewis, chef-owner of Ottawa’s Baccanalle Catering.

1 p.m.: “A taste of Aruba” (Pancake with grouper, mango papaya salsa and anise cream drizzle), by Matt Boland, executive chef at Divi Resorts, Aruba.

2 p.m.: Bulgogi (Korean-style marinated grilled beef) and kimchi (fermented spiced cabbage), by chef Sunna Na of The Swan at Carp.

3 p.m.: Smoked Maple Sausage Bad Moon Jambalaya by chef Roger Weldon of Carleton Place.

SUNDAY:

11 a.m.: “A taste of Japan” by chef Ichiro Fujii of the Embassy of Japan.

Noon: “A taste of Aruba” (Pancake with grouper, mango papaya salsa and anise cream drizzle), by Matt Boland, executive chef at Divi Resorts, Aruba. 1 p.m.: Bibimbap (rice with seasoned vegetables) and Jeon (Korean savoury pancakes) by chef Sean Nam of Ottawa’s Table 85. 2 p.m.: Chicken Korma (traditiona­l Indian dish with chicken simmered with onion, garlic, ginger and cashews) by chef Ram Mogandas of Perth’s East Meets West restaurant. 3 p.m.: Premium extra-virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars from around the world, by Elizabeth Kilvert of Ottawa and Kanata’s The Unrefined Olive.
