Increase mental health-care funding

As someone who suffers from schizophrenia, I know only too well the shortcomings of our mental health system.

We need more resources and more research. Sometimes mentally ill people kill other innocent people. Some of these deaths could have been prevented if the person involved had received proper care at the right time. Gordon Ball, Ottawa
