- LYNN SAXBERG

The ongoing battle between Canadian rockers and jocks will enter its 14th year at the 2017 Juno Cup hockey game, with two Ottawa sports giants — Henry Burris and Brian Kilrea — facing off as coaches.

Ottawa Redblacks’ Grey Cup champ Burris will coach the team of NHL alumni, while Kilrea, the Ottawa 67s’ legendary bench boss, will be whipping the musicians into shape.

The celebrity hockey game starts at 7:30 p.m. on March 31 at TD Place. Tickets are $20, plus fees, available online attdplace.ca.

For purchases of 10 or more, the price is $15 each, plus fees, using the code ROCKVSJOCK. Proceeds go to MusiCounts, the Canadian music education charity that supplies children with instruments.
