We’re Ottawa’s largest renovator and custom home builder and we’re looking for experienced, industry professionals to join our growing team.
Project Coordinator:
Take final approved scope of work from Design and create RFP’s and purchase orders for Production. Work with Site Project Managers to maintain schedules and deliverables and monitor the project from the office.
Architectural Technologist:
Site measure & as-built drawings, construction and permit drawings. Work with Designers, Engineers, Suppliers and Subtrades to develop construction roadmap before the project starts. Communicate final design through drawings and scope of work documents.
HandyMan:
We are looking for trade professionals to be a part of our Handyman Pro division. Minimum of 10 years industry experience. Must have a valid drivers license. Provide a variety of high quality trade services to our clients, develop client relationships, attend regular training sessions regarding products and client services.
Project Manager:
Take the final approved scope of work, plans and construction drawings and working with Suppliers, Subtrades, City Officials & the Client to manage & complete the construction to meet all OakWood standards.
Interior Designer:
Review and verify as-sold scope of work with Client. Select and design finishes as per Client budget using change orders. Communicate final design and selections to production through drawings and scope of work documents. Manage and maintain Design schedule.
Trades:
Work with Project Managers to represent OakWood professionally. Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry managing projects. Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to be precise in your work. Must have valid certifications and licenses required by City, Province and all jurisdictions including MOL.
Project Consultant/Sales:
Experience in the construction and/or renovation industry. Experience with kitchen and bath design a definite asset. High attention to detail with excellent communication skills required.
Estimator:
Review scope documents and drawings from Sales to ensure accuracy and pricing. Review and approve change orders from the Design department. Create and maintain templates and pricing in master database.
