Memphis’ funky Ghost Town Blues Band returns to Ottawa next week to haunt Irene’s Pub. A seven-piece band that can swing effortlessly between backwoods grit and classic urban blues jams, they’re considered one of the hot new contenders in the blues and jamband worlds, with a growing contingent of fans on both sides of the border. They play the pub at 8 p.m. April 18. Admission is $15 at the door.
