On her new album Come Fall, Calgary singer-songwriter Ellen Doty applies her pure, airy voice to intimate, poptinged original music that features stripped-down support of just drums and acoustic piano. Doty, who recently named one of the top 35 under 35 jazz artists in Canada by CBC Music, is bringing the music from the album to venues in Ontario this week and on Friday night she visits GigSpace (953 Gladstone Ave.) with drummer Efa Etoroma Jr. and pianist Eric Haynes.
