Universal pulls movie The Hunt

Universal Pictures has cancelled the release for its horror movie The Hunt, which was set for Sept. 27. The film centres on a group of rich people hunting blue-collar deplorables, as they’re called in the movie. Universal scrapped the movie after the two mass shootings in the U.S. last week. “While Universal Pictures had already paused the marketing campaign for The Hunt, after thoughtful consideration, the studio has decided to cancel our plans to release the film,” Universal said.
