Police seek to ID man, ask public for help
City police are trying to identify a suspect who is alleged to have been involved in three incidents they’re calling “suspicious” on Elgin Street. They happened on Sept. 26 and 27 and Oct. 9 at a building accessible to the public on Elgin Street south of Slater Street. The suspect is described as Middle Eastern and in his
20s, standing between five feet nine inches and six feet tall and having an average build. Anyone with information about his identity is asked to call 613-236-1222, ext. 5166. Anonymous tips can be submitted to Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477 or crimestoppers.ca.
