Ottawa’s Confederation Line will soon celebrate its first anniversary, and it has been a roller coaster of a year, with thrills (it works!), chills (but not so much in the cold), sharp turns (the city refuses to pay the train’s maintenance company) and plenty of drama (stinky stations and square wheels).
