The linen life

-

Linen = summer. Sure, linen bedsheets, tablecloths and napkins have secured their place in our lives all year round, but when it comes to clothing, most of us prefer saving linen for summer. And with good reason! The breezy fabric is about as lightweight and breathable as it gets, and pretty much guaranteed to keep you cool in the sunshine. Rebecca Tay discovers five linen styles to relax in this year.

 ?? ?? STRIPE IT RIGHT
There’s something about a pair of striped linen shorts that reminds us of summer camp; just throw on a cute slogan tee and you’re ready to head to the campfire. This tie-waist pair features stripes in a coral and white combo — a sweet alternative to classic blue and white.
