“I really like apples with my cheese,” a diner once said at Café My House. “Just one second,” came the reply. And out to the back garden the server went to pick an apple from the tree. “That was a moment,” says owner Briana Kim. The tree, along with herbs and edible flowers, grows in a garden behind the My House patio. Sitting on the cozy terrace, enclosed by a wrought-iron fence, “people feel like they’re in Montreal.” says Kim.
