SWEET ’N’ SOY SNACK MEATBALLS
/ cup finely chopped onion 14 1 tbsp ketchup 11/ tsp salt
2 / tsp pepper 12 / tsp seasoned salt 12 / tsp Worcestershire sauce 12 2 lbs ground beef / cup dry bread crumbs 34 SAUCE: 2 tbsp plus 11/ tsp cornstarch 2 1 cup orange marmalade 3 to 4 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 garlic cloves, minced Prep Time: 25 minutes Bake Time: 20 minutes Yields: 5 dozen 1. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and mix gently. Shape into 1-in. balls. 2. Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, then drain. 3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Transfer meatballs to a serving dish and serve with sauce.
