/ cup finely chopped onion 14 1 tbsp ketchup 11/ tsp salt

2 / tsp pep­per 12 / tsp sea­soned salt 12 / tsp Worces­ter­shire sauce 12 2 lbs ground beef / cup dry bread crumbs 34 SAUCE: 2 tbsp plus 11/ tsp corn­starch 2 1 cup or­ange mar­malade 3 to 4 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 gar­lic cloves, minced Prep Time: 25 min­utes Bake Time: 20 min­utes Yields: 5 dozen 1. In a large bowl, com­bine the first seven in­gre­di­ents. Crum­ble beef over mix­ture. Sprin­kle with bread crumbs and mix gen­tly. Shape into 1-in. balls. 2. Place meat­balls on a greased rack in a shal­low bak­ing pan. Bake, un­cov­ered, at 350°F for 20-25 min­utes or un­til meat is no longer pink, then drain. 3. Mean­while, in a small saucepan, com­bine the sauce in­gre­di­ents. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 min­utes or un­til thick­ened. Trans­fer meat­balls to a serv­ing dish and serve with sauce.
