CIN­NA­MON PECANS

1 cup white sugar 1 tsp. cin­na­mon

1 tsp. salt

1 egg white

1 tbsp. wa­ter

1 pound pecan halves

DI­REC­TIONS:

1. Pre­heat oven to 250 de­grees

2. mix sugar, cin­na­mon & salt to­gether

3. Whisk egg white & wa­ter to­gether

un­til frothy, add pecans

4. add sugar mix­ture to pecans, evenly coat

& spread on a greased cookie sheet

5. Bake for 1 hour, stir­ring ev­ery 15 min­utes
