Fresh Berry Salsa

Berry salsa bursts with colour and flavour – it’s quick to stir to­gether and de­li­cious served over grilled chicken or fish, or served with tor­tilla chips.

1 cup (250 ml) diced straw­ber­ries

1 cup (250 ml) blue­ber­ries

1 mango, diced

1 small av­o­cado, pit­ted and diced

2 tbsp (15 ml) chopped fresh mint or cilantro

1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lime juice

1 tbsp (15 ml) honey

In a medium bowl, gen­tly com­bine the berries, mango, av­o­cado fresh mint or cilantro, lime juice and honey, toss­ing to coat. Serve im­me­di­ately or re­frig­er­ate un­til needed. Makes about 3 cups.
