Narrow escape
Three vehicle occupants and a pedestrian escaped injury after a two-vehicle accident at the intersectionof Winnipeg Street and Westminster Avenue at noon on Thursday. The Quebec driver of a silver 2002 Subaru Forester was charged with failing to stop for a red light at an intersection after narrow ly avoiding striking a pedestrian and colliding with a red 2012 Subaru. Both vehicles sustained damage in excess of $1,000.
